Shelli is not only a till. Selling, stock, customers, invoicing, the reports and the office work are one application, with its own assistant built in, and it takes the shape of the business using it. There is nothing else to subscribe to and no second program to learn.
No setup fee, no contract, and 30 days to decide. Change plan whenever the shop changes.
Basic is the selling side, and it is enough for many shops. An edition is Pro for one kind of business. Pro is for a business that mixes them. It is the same application either way.
Basic
You sell, take the money, invoice and keep the stock of one warehouse. The counter, the office tools and Shelli IA all come with it. A restaurant takes its edition or Pro.
Electronic invoicing and every document the shop issues
A touch till with pictures, and a price checker for customers
Excel, Word and PDF tools inside the application
Shelli IA on your device or on your own server
Who it is for
Corner shops and minimarkets, bakeries without tables, stationery shops, pharmacies with one warehouse, market stalls.
Pro
Every edition together, for a business that mixes kinds - a minimarket with a café, a hardware store that also repairs - and wants to set Shelli up its own way.
Sizes, lots, serial numbers and several warehouses
The agenda, table reservations and the repair desk
Layaways, orders, vouchers and delivery apps
Reports and sheets Shelli IA builds from a sentence
Who it is for
Businesses that mix kinds, shops growing into new lines, and anyone who wants every module to set up as they like.
Find your plan
Tick your kind of business and what you do. Tick nothing and Basic is enough.
No edition has all of this together. Pro does, and you set it up the way you work. Pro is not on sale yet: start with the free trial and move to it the day it opens.
You keep lots and expiry dates
You serve at tables, with waiters taking orders on their phones
You need reports built to your own shape
You want Shelli IA to build reports from a sentence
Read from the catalogue this shop is actually sold from, so it cannot disagree with what you are charged for.

Say "Hey Shelli" and it adds the item at the till, loads the customer, opens the screen you ask for, fills the form and tells you your figures. On Pro it also books your customers. It is not sold separately and we charge nothing for it; how far it goes depends on the model behind it.

Shelli was built to work with whichever model you point it at. Any of these three, changed whenever you like, on either plan.
Free, always
On the device
Apple Intelligence on Mac, iPhone and iPad, or Android's own on-device AI. It works with no internet and nothing leaves the device.
Free, on your own machine
On the shop's own computer
Open-licence models through Ollama, downloaded onto the computer you already have. How big a model it will take is up to that computer: Shelli looks at it, tells you what it can manage and installs it with one button. It serves every till, Windows included, works with no internet once downloaded, and the data stays in the shop.
On your own account
Online
If you would rather use one of the big paid models, use it: your account, your key, and your provider bills you directly. Shelli only knows how to talk to it. You set the ceilings and it stops there.
The better the model, the more it does
Shelli gives each model a short exam on the shop's own machine and shows you how precise it was. The more capable the model behind it, the more it does, and on Pro it reaches the agenda, the reservations and the shop's own reports.

Ordinary questions one dollar buys, near enough. How many you get depends on how long they are.
None of this is paid to us. The account is yours, the key is yours and your provider bills you: we neither resell it nor take a share of it. What we built is a Shelli that couples with any model, so you can pick the one you want and change it later.
And you decide how much it may ever spend. Set a ceiling by month, by day, and by questions per person and per shop, with a warning before it gets there. It arrives at 5 USD a month, 0.50 USD a day, 200 questions a person and 500 a shop, and you change any of it, or turn the whole thing off.
What it never does
Nothing is saved without your yes.
A sale is never completed by voice.
One switch, "let Shelli use the internet", controls everything that goes online.
Going back to Basic deletes nothing
Pro is paused and hidden, never removed. Everything you have stays where it is, and moving back up brings all of it back as it was.
The Pro screens stop appearing.
A product with variants sells as one product, taking stock from whichever variant has the most.
Serial numbers and lots are set aside.
Layaways already open stay frozen until the shop moves back up.
Price lists fall back to the default list.
Bought on top of any plan
These are not folded into Pro. They are charged on top of whichever plan the shop is on.
Encrypted cloud backupNightly encrypted off-site copy of the store database. Only the customer can decrypt it. Priced per store.
Only need the telephone?
Shelli Mini is a whole till on a phone, built for restaurants and for selling on the move. It costs less than Basic, it has one till plus the waiters' own devices, and it can be linked to a shop on Basic or Pro to share that shop's catalogue and stock.
